This Christmas we celebrated with Zsofi’s mom Marta in Bristol. She flew into Bristol and flew back from London. After having celebrating with great meals that included Wiener Schnitzel and roast Duck, we went to London for the weekend before she left. We started our trip by going to the famous Portobello Road Market. Zsofi and Marta then went to see “Chicago” at the Cambridge theatre. Scott decided not to join them and went off on his own to see the Chelsea football club stadium and the Fulham Football Club stadium. The next day we went out to see Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and of course went shopping at Piccadilly, Harrod’s, and Oxford Circus. Marta then left us and, Zsofi and Scott spent the next day at Camden Market, Abbey Road (from the Beatles), and also visited Dickens’ childhood home. We had a great time in London, but definitely enough of the tube. I’m sure that we’ll be eager to return again.

Our Merry Christmas Pictures

So One of our good friend from church- Nathaniel -was willing to take some pictures for us, that we are both on, without blinking, yawning, and food leftovers on our face, so we can be adults and send out our Christmas card. Zsofi of course picked the outfits--still slightly over-obsessed with purple-she is hopeless :), and we chose our general practitioner's office as the beautiful English location.
Merry Christmas to you all!
